Noticing my mind wanting to do – wanting to know what to – feels it must do something – What is the next step – what do I have to do?
Feel this I something to observe & let go of – old self – trying to control outcome.
Allow inspiration to flow through you, it’s like waiting for inspiration in a relaxed peaceful state. In the meantime, trust all is well and attend to daily matters, stay tuned to the heart.
It’s a habit of doing that needs to fall away – habit of striving – gotta be doing something, pushing forwards, lists of things hat need to be done
Yes, there are things to be done in day-to-day life in a huma body on the earthly plane – but there is no more striving, pushing forward, as this actually pushes things further away. It is a form of control of trying to control, of being attached to the outcome. It is perhaps an addiction of doing, to control. Let this go and be free of these restrictions, these burdens, these limitations, these attempts to do all, that it is all up to you. Release your grip, step back and allow yourself to rest and relax, enjoy life. Be in the moment – enjoying what is right now – the bird song, the feel of the air on your skin, the quietness, the music, whatever is happening. Take delight in that, look around in awe, in wonder, in surprise, be delighted in the magic of everything existing together, look for the good, bask in the present moment. This is your doing now.
By letting go of your grip to force things, to do, to strive, this allows more flow into your experience, it opens possibilities that you may never have seen.
Take a day or two off and just be, NO THING TO DO – just BE – in the moment, basking in what is and allowing things to flow, Stay tuned to the heart and not the head. When nudges, impulses, inspiration arises then take action, if non comes then relax and look after you. Learn what you enjoy again, get in touch with that, explore what brings you joy, give yourself this time for inner exploration, give yourself permission to have fun, to relax, to do what makes your heart sing. Do this with wonder, with curiosity. Need to let go of old outdated habits and develop new ones of flow and ease.
Need to let go of push, push, push, of stress, of striving, of having to get there – all this is no good for the body, mind or soul. Let go of the oars and go with the flow – learn to be still, to quieten the mind, relax, to have fun, to be joyous, to be delighted and in awe.
Clean up your world of old outdated stuff and things, projects, doing, that no longer serves you or fits this new lifestyle of simplicity of going with the flow.
Spend some time cleaning away the old and also make time for creativity and express yourself authentically – however you wish to express yourself – through music, writing, poetry, cooking, photography, art, clay, gardening, singing, dance, anything that you are drawn to that is creative which allows self-expression and brings joy to your heart.
You want something to do – then do that – be mindful and observant of the mind, it will fill with fear and tell you NO, you can’t do that, you have to worry about money, you have to make ends meet, you have to do this and do that. It will be loud – notice it – yes, and let it go. Notice it for what it is – FEAR – false evidence appearing real and turn back to love – love of self, love of life, love of others, LOVE.
